South East England Development Agency
Since 2005, EnviroBusiness has enabled SEEDA to advance its goals in relation to environmental industries:

Japanese Conglomerate
Since 2008, EnviroBusiness has assisted the client to move into environmental technology markets by assessing all European solid and liquid waste markets to identify breakthrough technologies, to prioritise these according to the client’s existing activities and strategic goals. The client was provided with a detailed report and workshop. EnviroBusiness has subsequently assisted the client in linking with potential trading partners to enable the company to take a strategic position amongst the prioritised technologies.  Download the case study now.


London Development Agency
London Development Agency LogoIn 2008, the London Development Agency contracted EnviroBusiness to assist them in their plan to make London a global leader in environmental technologies.  EnviroBusiness undertook a comprehensive assessment of the global market for high end environmental technologies and services and identified the growth areas in which a high level of R&D and product innovation is taking place in London. Austrian Trade Commission
In 2008, EnviroBusiness researched the UK and Irish waste management markets to define opportunities in relation to the strengths of the Austrian waste management industry. A comprehensive report was provided including detailed market entry plans for Austrian businesses. The report has been subsequently marketed to Austrian businesses.  Download the case study now.

International Thermal Waste Treatment Company
In 2007, EnviroBusiness assisted an international thermal waste treatment company to establish UK operations by identifying supply chain partners and targets for acquisition for the company to create an operating business and then facilitating introductions to enable the business transaction to take place.  Download the case study now.


Netherlands Energy Technology Business
In 2007, EnviroBusiness assisted a company, which offers a specialised technology not currently in the UK, to assess the UK market in relation to its own objectives and to define a market entry strategy. EnviroBusiness then facilitated introductions with UK businesses to facilitate market entry by the client which has resulted in a successful joint venture in the UK. Download the case study now.

London Thames Gateway Development Corporation
LTGDC logoSince 2007, EnviroBusiness has assisted LTGDC to develop implementation plans for a Sustainable Industrial Park in East London by researching the types of businesses that could benefit from working together at this location and assessing specific businesses in relation to the opportunity.  EnviroBusiness has also helped LTGDC to develop its ideas for an Institute for Sustainability by developing innovative project ideas linking businesses and academic institutions as potential partners.

 

Biogas Technology Business
Since 2008, EnviroBusiness has been assisting the business to find a buyer by determining global market opportunities for the technology, developing valuation models, identifying potential buyers and facilitating business to business dialogue for the purpose of the transaction.  Download the case study now.


Carbon Abatement Technology R&D
In 2007, EnviroBusiness helped a company to identify an R&D opportunity to advance its technology, identified a potential funding source, identified R&D partners and built a collaboration with a university and major industrial business and provided support in the bid writing. Breaking Into Turkish Environmental Markets
In 2008, EnviroBusiness developed a relationship with a Turkish business with access to emerging Turkish markets. EnviroBusiness identified 5 businesses wishing to enter the Turkish market and facilitated relationships with the Turkish business. The businesses have gone on to trade in Turkish markets.

Japanese Industrial
EnviroBusiness analysed a growing environmental technology for a Japanese client that was seeking to maintain product leadership through superior environmental performance.  Download the case study now.
