Tom FourcadeTom Fourcade – Chief Executive Officer

Tom is an expert in the development of environmental enterprise. From 2001 to 2005, Tom led a successful national market development programme for the recycling industry at the Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP).  From 1997 to 2001, Tom was part of the team that set up Valpak, the leading UK compliance scheme for businesses affected by Producer Responsibility legislation.  Prior to that he set up recycling systems across the UK and abroad. Tom graduated from Kingston University in 1991 and is a member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management.

Fred DysonFred Dyson - Senior Operations Manager

From 2005 to 2007 Fred was responsible for the planning and implementation of the bulk mail distribution process for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as its day to day management. From 2001 to 2005 he held numerous posts related to delivery of change management initiatives within large corporations, delivering sustainable change and process development. Fred also has extensive project management exposure to business elements such as global system for mobile communications (GSM) surveillance of large vehicular fleets and software implementations for multiple principle distribution facilities. From 1995 to 2000 He managed his own business consultancy, delivering business risk evaluation and rescue solutions.

Roy WilliamsonRoy Williamson – Partnerships & Projects Manager

Since joining EnviroBusiness in 2006 Roy has been active in delivering a range of EnviroBusiness initiatives and new business opportunities in Energy, Recycling and Transport.  Roy manages the Invest in Recycling programme aimed at expanding and supporting recycling businesses, as well as the Energise knowledge network driving business collaboration in the energy sector.  With a background in aeronautical engineering he was a strategic technologist for Alstom, an industrial gas turbine company for six years.  He then worked with DTI to develop new concepts in knowledge transfer via online data management, media and conferencing.  Piloting these concepts in the area of fuel cell technologies, in 2003 he presented the UK's fuel cell developments and DTI’s Knowledge Transfer Networks to OECD.  More recently Roy was involved with developing and piloting contextual frameworks for technology development based around technology roadmapping.

David PorterDavid Porter - Environmental Enterprise Manager

David Porter is an Oxford graduate with a BA and MSc in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Warwick. His experience has involved many years experience of delivering business support to technology start ups and spin outs as Director of the SETsquared Business Acceleration Centre at the University of Surrey as well as identifying and nurturing technology businesses for investment while working in the corporate banking industry. Most recently David has been working as a consultant to commercialise a new renewable energy business which involved him creating a business development partnership with a major telecoms company. David has extensive international experience with several years spent working in Japan and Europe.

Mariana MazonMariana Mazon -  Environmental Enterprise Executive

Mariana previously worked in the water sector, managing educational campaigns, capacity building conferences and networks that brought together stakeholders from all sectors. Mariana created a two year dialogue between water utilities in both Mexico and the UK that led to successful private sector initiatives in urban water use for the first time in Mexico. Mariana’s work at EnviroBusiness is developing initiatives in renewable energy for international markets.

Pete BresserPete Bresser - Network Marketing Manager

Pete Bresser is a senior executive with more than two decades of experience in the marketing of technology, specialising in online direct marketing and public relations.  He started his career in publishing, and has edited award-winning UK computer and electronics journals. He has worked with some of the largest consumer and business to business brands world-wide over the last ten years including IBM, Philips Electronics, Energy Saving Trust and many others.

Madeleine EscobidoMadeleine Escobido – Business Administrator

Madeleine is responsible for managing EnviroBusiness' systems and is first point of contact for customers and members.  Madeleine is a former IT consultant, has extensive international conservation experience and is a graduate in Chemistry and Management Studies from Leeds University.
