Customer Survey Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The customer survey draw for prizes of boxes of Godiva Chocolates is open to EnviroBusiness members in the UK only.
It excludes EnviroBusiness staff, EnviroBusiness suppliers and associated companies.
The draw will take place on 16th April 2008 from all completed eligible entries received before 23:59 on 14th April 2008.
Eligible entries must be received via the online survey system running on the Surveymonkey.com website.
Only one prize per company.
Only one prize per member.
There are three (3) prizes. Each prize is one box of Godiva chocolates delivered by post to the address of the winning member specified in that member's profile. If that member does not have a full postal address on the membership profile, the prize is forfeit. The draw for that prize will be made again from the remaining eligible entries.
There is no cash alternative to the prizes.
Winners will be notified by email by the 22nd April 2008.
Prizes will be sent before 25th April 2008.
EnviroBusiness accepts no responsibility for prizes posted by the winning member, but not received by EnviroBusiness.
EnviroBusiness accepts no responsibility for entries that go missing or are deleted by surveymonkey.com or are subject to force majeure.
The final decision on winners of the prize draw will be made by EnviroBusiness staff.
